Shipping & Delivery Policy

We at give utmost importance to safety. We always strive to make the fundraising process seamless, positive and most importantly secure.

  • When your crops are ready for harvest, and if you have not chosen to pick up your produce yourself, we will schedule the same day delivery at the delivery location you provided while contributing to the nearest farms. We will notify you via the SMS, call or mail about your upcoming delivery and also attempt to contact you to prior to the actual delivery.
  • If you are out of town for some time period, we will reschedule based on your available times, you are eligible to get your food before 3 months, after that we should not be responsible for further commitments. If we are unable to deliver after multiple attempts to reach you, you may reach us by live chat available and let us know by your identity by your registered mail and order number to avoid wastage of produce.
  • You are only allowed to change your delivery address to areas which are serviceable by us.
  • We will do 1 weekly delivery, if crops are ready to be harvested before time, we will let you know by call, SMS, or mail. If there are no crops ready for harvest in a particular week, we will not schedule any deliveries that week.
  • We do not charge extra fees for delivery.
